Power of Attorney
A power of attorney (POA) is a legal document giving one person the power to act for another person. The POA form can be used to authorise a 3rd person party to collect the particular documents only:
- Final Acceptance Letter (Visa Letter)
- Certificate of Acceptance (Zaświadczenie o przyjęciu an studia)
The POA should be signed by the candidate. It is only possible to authorise a specific person, not eg. the recruitment company.
