How to arrange a pick up of the original documents: the Visa Letter + Certificate of Admission

Make sure that your status in the online application system is "Accepted" and that you have received a scanned copy of the Visa Letter + the Certificate of Acceptance in your personal application account. Then you can proceed with arranging the pickup.

- PERSONAL PICKUP: Ouf office is open every weekday from 8 am to 4 pm, you can come to WUT and visit us (remember to take the ID).
- POWER OF ATTORNEY: You can authorise a family member, your friend or a company representative to pick up the documents for you. Here are the instructions.
