Application fee
IMPORTANT: Each candidate has to make the application fee payment to the individual account number in the IRK Admission System, after creating an account in the IRK. Please remember that each candidate has a different account number for the application fee payment.
The application fee for first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies is 85 PLN. This fee enables you to apply to 3 faculties. You select your priority course and two backup courses. If you are unlucky with the first choice, your file will be automatically forwarded to the second option and the third option.
The application fee for second-cycle (Master’s) studies is 85 PLN per programme. You can apply for more than 3 fields of study, but you will pay 85 PLN per field.
The application fee for Architecture or Urban Planning is 150 PLN per programme.
The application fee is non-refundable.
NOTE: The application fee should be paid in PLN. In exceptional circumstances, if the payment in PLN is not possible, you can make a payment in another currency (e.g. in EUR or USD). In case of underpayments due to the exchange rate conversion or bank charges, it will be necessary to cover the missing amount.
When making the payment, please make sure that the university receives the full amount, not less than PLN 85.
NOTE: The account number for the tuition fee payment (if you are a qualified candidate) is different to the account number for the application fee payment.
