Accommodation instructions

Assigning a room number:

You can find the name and address of your dormitory on your Accommodation certificate uploaded into the Online Application System. You will be informed about your room number when you arrive at the dormitory. 

Moving in during the weekend or after-hours:
If you plan to arrive and move into the dormitory on Saturday or Sunday, or if you would like to move into the dormitory outside of office hours (administration working hours are 8 am – 3 pm), please contact the dormitory administration in advance. In Poland, Saturdays and Sundays are not working days, therefore, the administration staff have to prepare the room and the keys in advance. The keys can be then collected at the reception.

Accommodation timeframe:
Your accommodation certificate is valid from 20.02.22 to 30.06.22. If you arrive a few days earlier and would like to be accommodated before 20.02.22, please contact the dormitory administration by e-mail.

Accommodation rent:
You will be able to pay for the dormitory only after your arrival in Poland. The cost will be between
PLN 315 and PLN 600, depending on the dormitory you have chosen and the room you have been assigned. Exact payment details (amount of payment, account number, due date) will be given to you by the dormitory administration after arrival.

Changing the dormitory:
If you would like to move into a different dorm (change the dorm), please contact the Bank of Places: sspw.pl/en/en-bank-miejsc

Moving out of the dormitory:
Please consult the administration office of your accommodation, do it preferably at least 10 days before planning the leave.
