Registration
Registration is one of the first things newly accepted students should do after safely arriving in Warsaw. It starts conveniently in our International Students Office and ends at your Faculty's main office, where you pick up the student ID card (the only document which allows you to enjoy full rights of the student in the EU).
Registration of new students/alumni requires visiting two offices:
1) International Students Office - where we will create your file, a set of copies of your main documents, address declaration and your photo. This will result in getting a permanent student number, which equals full matriculation.
2) Faculty's central office (Dean's Office/Dziekanat) - where you will register for studies + apply for the ID card and get a medical referral (for a medical check-up by an occupational medicine doctor). When you come to ISO, we will give you a map and instructions on how to get to your Faculty.

Get a helping hand - Student Ambassadors
Student Ambassadors Programme is a program aimed at promoting our University among international candidates and helping new students and PhD students during their first days at our University.
Coming to a new country and studying in a different educational system may be challenging. Still, we believe it is possible to make the first days of new students at WUT easier thanks to our Ambassadors’ engagement and personal experience.
