Transcript of records
All that you need to know about the transcript of records.
The transcript of records is a document that shows the list of final subjects and the results – grades/marks you have obtained. This is crucial for the faculty's Admission Commission to make the decision.
If there are no final grades/transcripts in your school or at your university, then you should upload the transcript of records, e.g. from the last four semesters, or the whole period of studies.
In the majority of cases, the transcript is attached to a diploma or degree as a separate document, but it may also be on the main page of it. If this is the case, in the Online Recruitment of Candidates (IRK), we will ask you to upload your diploma/degree twice – as the main document and a transcript of records.
If your transcript of records is in the local language (not English or Polish), you should upload the original + the translation to English or Polish (combined in one file). This rule applies to all documents used during the admission process.
The transcript of records must be final and official (signed and stamped by an authorised person).
