Application fee
After creating your account in the IRK Admission System (IRK) and signing up for your programmes, please make the application fee payment to the individual account number in the IRK. Each candidate has a unique account number for the application fee payment.
We will only begin the formal verification of your documents once the payment has been credited to your individual account in the IRK (if you make an international payment, it may take a few days). It is important to make the application fee payment as soon as possible after signing up for your selected courses.
The application fee is non-refundable.
INDIVIDUAL BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT
Please log in to your IRK account, go to My account in the top-right corner, and then to the Payments section. In this section, you will find the bank details necessary to make the bank transfer.
It is also possible to make a quick payment; however, this service is currently available only to holders of a Polish bank account.
APPLICATION FEE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE TUITION FEE ACCOUNT NUMBER
IMPORTANT: The account number for the tuition fee payment (if you are a qualified candidate) is different to the account number for the application fee payment. Please remember to double-check if you make the payment to the proper account.
PAYMENT CURRENCY
The application fee should be paid in PLN (Polish zlotys). However, if such a payment is not possible from your bank, you can make it in another currency (e.g. in EUR or USD).
Please ensure the amount covers the full PLN 85, including any exchange rate differences or bank fees.
WHO CAN MAKE THE APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT
The payment can be made by the candidate or another person from Poland or outside it; just remember that the transfer should be made to your individual account in the IRK system.
CONFIRMATION TO THE BANK THAT THE FEE IS FOR UNIVERSITY ADMISSION PURPOSES
If your bank requires proof that the fee is for educational purposes, please request a Bank letter through the IRK Admission System. Use “Bank letter” as the message title.
HOW TO CHECK IF THE UNIVERSITY RECEIVED THE FULL APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT
You can check it in your IRK account; you do not have to ask the admissions staff.
