Report from the Delegation to Cambridge
On October 22-24, 2024, a delegation from the Center for International Cooperation participated in the Cambridge Principals Forum meeting in Cambridge. Representatives of the universities were invited to participate in the event designed for principals of Cambridge schools: University of Cambridge, University of Exeter, IE University from Spain, and Warsaw University of Technology as the only university from Central Europe. PW was represented by CWM Director Grzegorz Robak and International Students Office employee Magdalena Bobryk.
The meeting was an excellent opportunity to establish contacts with schools from European countries and Poland that provide education in the British model of education. We took part in the “Meet the Universities” panel, during which we discussed recruitment trends in Poland, presented PW and its educational offer for foreign students, as well as recruitment requirements for matriculation in the British education system.
In November, CWM Director Grzegorz Robak will attend the annual meeting of the Cambridge Higher Education Advisory Council Europe in Madrid. For more information on HEAC, visit: www.cambridgeinternational.org/programmes-and-qualifications/recognition-and-acceptance/research-and-insights/heac-europe/
